Setting off from the Wales Coast Path launch event in Cardiff Bay, I will walk across the Barrage to Penarth, then along the cliffs to Lavernock Point. Then I'll follow the coast west to Barry, skirting inland around the docks before ending the day's walk on Barry Island.
